Order generators trigger at 8:00 PM IST nightly. Any changes made after this limit will only apply to the day after tomorrow.

All changes affecting delivery day D — including subscription edits, one-off overrides, and cancellations — must be submitted before 8:00 PM IST on day D-1. The system enforces this strictly.
Precisely at 8:00 PM IST, the dashboard disables edits for the next day's orders. This is enforced both visually in the UI and cryptographically on the server. There are no manual extensions.
Your subscription is your default daily delivery pattern. For example, '2 packets of Cow Milk'. This recurring order is generated automatically every day unless paused or edited.
Go to your Customer dashboard, find the date you wish to pause under 'Tomorrow's Plan', and toggle the 'Cancel Tomorrow' option before the 8:00 PM cutoff.
You can browse available addon items under the day-plan editor on your customer page and add them to your cart for any specific upcoming day before its cutoff.
Your monthly bill is a running sum of all delivered orders at their snapshotted unit prices. Cancelled days are recorded as ₹0 and do not add to your balance. Product price adjustments only affect future orders.
Unpaid: Bill is open. Verifying: Cash has been handed to the milkman and is awaiting admin approval. Paid: The administrator has verified the funds and marked the bill as settled.
Payments are collected after the completed month. The milkman will visit your address, collect the cash balance, and immediately trigger the verification flow in his portal.
On Android, open the site in Chrome and tap 'Install App' in the navigation bar or from the Chrome menu. On iOS, open in Safari, tap the Share icon, and select 'Add to Home Screen'.
The app runs as a Progressive Web App (PWA) but requires an active internet connection. Offline caching is bypassed to guarantee you always see the latest delivery statuses and real-time cutoff locks.
Assigned milkmen are managed exclusively by the system administrator. Contact the administrator through our office number to request a milkman reassignment.
Only system administrators can override historical delivery statuses. Contact our support desk immediately to audit the logs and correct any mistakes.
We use industry-standard bcrypt hashing for passwords and secure JWT signatures for sessions. Your password is never stored in plain text and is never returned in API payloads.
Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the Login screen. You will verify your phone number via a Firebase SMS-OTP code and then securely set a new password.
